Description

Eclectic assortment of antique straight razors found stored inside of the rolled case, offered as found and described below. 

1) Dubl Duck Special No 1 razor with Solingen Germany blade, butterscotch composite handle and sharp blade

 

2) Sterling Special No 1001 razor stamped Logan-Gregg Hdwo. Co. Pittsburg PA 

 

3) Straight razor with black composite handle, Marked 50 with figural hallmark, J A Henckels Twin Works Solingen Germany on one side and Herold Bros Co Cleveland on the other - blade remains sharp

 

4) Antique straight Razor marked George Wostenholm & Sons Corporate Mark Granted AD 1694 Original Pipe Razor on one side and Sole Manufacturers of the Original and True Razor Sheffield England - the blade has two notches missing along the edge as shown

 

5) For Parts or Display: E. C. Simmons Keen Kutter blade marked Germany 44 w on one side, Simmons HDW Co USA on the other with broken blade and damaged handle

 

6) Unmarked Blade with sharp edge and no handle overlay, found in the glass tube shown. 

 

The old rolled storage bag has wear to the materials with a velveteen liner, wool fabric panels and worn grosgrain ties.
