This is a one day pickup - Sold items must be picked up on SUNDAY Nov. 10th...If you do not pick up your purchased items and do not make other arrangements - Prior to the Pick up date - we will Not store your items and they will be disposed of/donated/resold.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Auction Firm and its employees, officers and owners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgements, fees, costs and expenses, including legal fees and costs, related to, arising from, or associated with you, your agents or representatives - including, but not limited to, personal injury or property damage caused at any sale site or pick up site during removal or transport of items won at auction, any dispute with another bidder, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping is Not available for large or Fragile items. Please DO NOT Pay the invoice if you need shipping for items that can be safely shipped --- USPS Priority Mail is the shipping option and will Include a $10 handling fee Per Box or $5 Per Envelope - which is added to the shipping cost. Please Text PRIOR to Bidding to confirm a lot is able to be shipped. Shippable items will be mailed within 7 days of the original auction pickup date, with tracking provided.
